  • UVA、UVB及可見光對皮膚健康有怎樣的影響?

暴露在外界陽光中,皮膚各層均會受到損傷。紫外線中波長較短的UVB只能到達皮膚最外層——表皮。與此相反,波長較長的VBA能穿透表皮到達真皮部分。可見光可穿過皮膚各層。因此,光線可對皮膚整體造成損害。這種損害可削弱皮膚本來具有的抗氧化系統。(文獻22
